Beth Codner is a Senior Consultant at CLA where she specializes in talent strategies, leadership selection and development and organizational change. Beth joins CLA with more than 20 years of global experience transforming human strategy, process and performance into practical workplace solutions across Consumer Goods, Life Sciences and Technology. Prior to joining CLA, Beth was the Vice President, Global Talent for Kraft Heinz where she led culture transformations/engagement, leadership assessment, learning & development, succession management and talent selection. She is also skilled in the practical business execution of complex human resources functions such as workforce cost management, total rewards, employee relations and human analytics in both large-scale and small start-up organizations. Beth is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters of Public Management.
