Erik Pesner is an Associate at CLA and is completing his doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology. Erik works with clients to improve senior team functioning and develop organizational strategies to enhance effectiveness and increase performance. In addition, Erik currently teaches courses on industrial-organizational and social psychology at the City University of New York (CUNY). Prior to joining CLA, he worked with Sandra Hartog & Associates and SuperCV.com. Erik earned his M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Graduate Center at CUNY. His dissertation focuses on work teams and intervention strategies for promoting successful team member behaviors and driving the growth of team states, such as cohesion and efficacy.
