Pre-Assessment
Participants complete initial web-based survey to determine pattern and quality of existing virtual interactions and pinpoint specific challenges
Toolkit & Pre-work
Participants review pre-work materials, including Virtual Team Toolkit, prior to initial Virtual Session
Virtual Session 1
Dynamic and interactive virtual session (6 – 10 people) focused on embedding and activating learning
Virtual Session 2
Dynamic and interactive virtual session (6 – 10 people) focused on practicing and reinforcing learning
Post-Assessment
Participants complete follow-up, web-based survey to assess improvement and identify opportunities to further reinforce skills
